RICH PIGLOWSKI
 Secretary-Treasurer

Rich has been an active Union member since 1964 and was employed as a truck driver for SuperValu prior to becoming a full-time Officer and Business Representative for Local 610. 

He has been a member of Local 610 for over 34 years and has been a member of Local 610's Executive Board since 1990 and currently is a full-time Business Representative and the Secretary-Treasurer (Principal Officer) of Local 610 as well as a Vice-President on Joint Council #13's Executive Board.

Prior to assuming the responsibilities of Secretary-Treasurer, he served on Local 610's Executive Board as a Trustee, Recording Secretary and President.

He has and continues to represent the members of Local 610 in several capacities:

  • he served as a unit Chairperson and shop steward for more than fourteen years, 
  • he was a rank and file member of Local 610's Security Fund and Budget Committee,
  • he served as a volunteer organizer,
  • he participated on numerous rank and file bargaining committees,
  • he has been a full-time Business Representative since 1993,
  • he was appointed by the General President to serve on the Pension and Benefits Committee at the International Convention in 1996,
  • he was also appointed by the General President to serve as a Seargent-at-Arms at the International Convention in 1996,
  • he was a delegate at the 2001 Convention,
  • he was a delegate at the 2002 Special Convention
  • he was a delegate at the 2006 Convention,
  • he has been a Trustee for the Funeral Car Drivers Health & Welfare and Pension Trust Funds
  • he is a Trustee for the Teamsters Medicare Trust Benefit Fund
  • he is a Trustee for the Local 610 Prescripticare Trust Fund
  • he is a member of the International Public Service Employees' Division Policy Committee for Teamsters Joint Council #13
  • he is an active member of Jobs with Justice
  • he has worked on numerous political action campaigns to benefit the labor movement, including the Right-to-Work campaign voter registration drives, school board elections at Special School District and Normandy School District, as well as an election for the Directors at the Affton Fire Protection District

 

MIKE LIESER
 President

Mike is an active member  of Local 610 and is currently a full-time business representative for Local 610.  Prior to accepting the position of business representative, Mike was a shop steward and employed as a truck driver for Schnucks Markets. 

He has been a member of Local 610's Executive Board since 2001 and has served as a Trustee prior to assuming the responsibilities of Recording Secretary.

 

NANCY WISDOM
 Vice-President

Nancy has been an active member of Local 610 since 1988 and is employed as a school bus aide Special School District . 

She has been a member of Local 610's Executive Board since 1997 and currently is a Trustee.

She has and continues to represent the members of Local 610 in several capacities:

  • she has been a member of the bargaining committee for the previous four agreements with Special School District and Laidlaw,
  • she has been and continues to serve as a chief shop steward for more than thirteen years, 
  • she was a rank and file member of Local 610's Security Fund and Budget Committee,
  • she has assisted in organizing campaigns at Local 610,
  • she has attended numerous training seminars conducted by the International.
