ARTICLE XXXIII.

Official Publication 

Section 1.

The official publication of this Local Union shall be the "Missouri Teamster."  The Secretary-Treasurer is authorized to expend from the Operating Fund of the Local Union necessary amounts to cover the procurement and mailing of the publication.

Section 2.

A copy of the publication shall be sent directly to each member in good standing to his/her last known address.  Members shall be obligated to furnish the Local Union office with any and all changes in address, as they occur in order to receive the publication.

Section 3.

The Secretary-Treasurer shall have the authority to employ such help or services as he/she may need to carry on this work.
